The Purchase Price of any product ordered from Horse Sportz is fully refundable if the product is returned FOB to Horse Sportz within 3 weeks of Buyer's receipt of the product. Product must be returned in original condition. Should manufacturing or shipping defects be present in your product; Horse Sportz will either refund the full amount or send you a replacement product including the shipping. 

Warning: Normal wear and tear or abuse of the product resulting in defect will not constitute a buyer's right of refund. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of shipping receipt and receipt of purchase. Retailers and Distributors are excluded.
